Crafting top-quality still wine requires perfectly ripe; flavourful fruit; this means we only make our still wines when vintage conditions allow. This rigorous approach ensures that our still wines are exceptionally well regarded (and multi-award-winning). The downside is that we can never make quite enough to satisfy demand. This tasting flight is a fantastic opportunity to taste a rare and limited selection of still wines. Your host will talk you through the four different wines while allowing you the time to enjoy the surroundings of The Nest.
