Ordering and Delivery
How will you deliver my order?
Standard Delivery orders are sent via Royal Mail and take 3-5 working days to arrive. Next Day Delivery orders are sent via DPD and must be ordered before 4 pm on a weekday to arrive the very next day. More information on delivery can be found here.
Can I collect my order in person?
Unfortunately, orders cannot be collected from our warehouse. We are only able to dispatch your order. We do offer premium ‘Next Day Delivery’ should you require it.
Do you deliver to BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses?
Only Standard Delivery orders can be sent to BFPO, not Next Day/Premium orders.
Do you deliver internationally?
This Web shop is for customers based in the UK.
I live in Channel Islands, do I need to pay VAT?
Our website will charge you VAT at the checkout. Once you have placed your order, contact Customer Services who will arrange for the VAT to be refunded.
