Lewis and Baker was born in 1890 in Hampshire, England. Since this time, the business has lovingly nurtured 5 generations of family bakers. Our recipes have been handed down through the generations and we’ve perfected exceptional tasting brownies, flapjacks and cakes. Family favourites, traditional classics and timeless recipes that will delight and make perfect gifts. At our heart we are still a small family run business with an undeniable love of all things baked sweet. We continue to constantly innovate and add new products to our range.
